Today, the Faculty of Agricultural Technology organized a seminar with CABI (Centre for Agriculture and Bioscience International) – a leading global non-profit organization in agriculture and biosciences. This was a precious opportunity for students of cohorts 66, 67, 68, and 69 to listen, learn, and directly engage with international experts.
🌍 Who is CABI?
CABI operates in over 50 countries with the mission to improve people’s lives by applying science-based solutions in agriculture, the environment, and sustainable development. CABI is especially recognized for its research activities, open-access knowledge, e-learning systems, and projects that support farmers, governments, and enterprises in crop management, plant protection, and agricultural data utilization.
👩🏫 Representing the Faculty, Dr. Le Thi Hien – Vice Dean, opened the seminar and encouraged active participation from students. During the session, CABI experts shared about:
🔹 Methods for agricultural data exploitation and application;
🔹 A wide range of CABI e-learning courses designed for students and researchers;
🔹 Future collaboration opportunities between CABI and the Faculty in training, research, and innovation.
🤝 In the coming time, the Faculty of Agricultural Technology will continue to strengthen cooperation not only with CABI but also with many other prestigious international research institutions, bringing students more opportunities for learning, research, and global integration.
💡 This seminar not only broadened students’ perspectives but also reaffirmed the Faculty’s orientation toward internationalization in education and research.

We are delighted to welcome Dr. Nguyễn Văn Hạnh, a leading expert in Embryology and Cell Biology, who officially joins the Faculty of Agricultural Technology, University of Engineering and Technology – Vietnam National University, Hanoi, starting from July 1, 2025.
